Cili Jeruk

Ingredients

  • 600g fresh chilies, a mix of green and red chilies

Brine

  • 1 liter vinegar
  • 800g granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt

Method

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a pot. Cook over medium heat until dissolve. Leave to cool.
  2. Wash and dry chilies with kitchen towel. Cut a slit to remove the seeds.
  3. Fill container with chilies and pour in the vinegar mixture. Cover and let sit for a day.
