Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available for purchase within Peninsular Malaysia only.
  • Your parcel will be delivered using Tupperware Brands’ appointed delivery courier company.
  • Your parcel can be delivered to a residential or commercial address except for P.O. Box. 
  • Once payment for your order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address.
  • Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays.
  • Delivery lead time is as follow:
    • Peninsular Malaysia - 4 to 7 working days upon order confirmation.

  • The courier company will attempt to deliver the parcel up to (2) times to the delivery address. If the customer is not available to receive the delivery, courier company will leave a notification card at the delivery address.
  • If the courier company is unable to deliver the parcel twice, a notification card will be left for the Customer to collect the parcel from the nearest branch of the courier company.
  • If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery.
  • The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
  • Tupperware Brands Malaysia reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.



Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

A. GENERAL

1. This Return, Exchange and Refund policy is only applicable for Tupperware Brands Official eStore (“eTupStore”).

2. We want you to be delighted with every Tupperware® product (“Product”) you purchase via eTupStore. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can Return the Product purchased within seven (7) working days of receiving the same. Customer shall return said Product(s) in its original purchase condition and quantity, as it was first delivered to the Customer. No Exchange is allowed for Returns under this condition.

3. eTupStore shall at its best efforts ensure that all Order(s) are correctly fulfilled. Customers should always examine the Product delivered for any deficiencies/damages/discrepancies, immediately when received.

4. Should there be any deficiencies/damages/discrepancy of Product(s) delivered and the Customer wishes for Exchange or Return and Refund, please notify eTupStore by completing and submitting the Product Return/Exchange request in your account, within seven (7) working days upon receiving the Products.

5. The following are mandotary information when submitting the Product Return/Exchange request: 
  • Consigment note / way bill number for your shipment
  • Return form (to be packed with the product you are returning)

6. The maximum time allowed for the return product to reach us is 10 days.

7. eTupStore Customer Service (“Customer Service”) will contact the Customer within three (3) working days after receipt of the completed online form to direct the Customer of the necessary procedures. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from Customer Service within the aforesaid period, please contact us either by e-mail at mscustomercare@tupperware.com or by calling our hotline at 1300 88 55 00 for enquiries.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Returns or Exchange of Product(s) can also be arranged under the following circumstance :-
• Product(s) delivered in damaged or defective condition; or
• Product(s) delivered is different from the Order; or
• Product(s) delivered has expired or is within three (3) months from expiry date.

    Product(s) for Return or Exchange shall be returned by the Customer, in its original purchase condition and quantity, as it was first delivered to Customer.

    The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an Exchange or Refund. Customer Service will inspect the returned Products upon receipt and only if the conditions under part B1 above have been fulfilled, product Exchange or Refund will be made to the Customer.

    2. Upon approval of the online Product Return/Exchange Form for product Returns or Exchange, the Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) via a reliable courier service company to Customer Service at the following address:-

    For Returns under the condition of part A2 above, the Customer will have to bear the courier charges incurred. No Exchange is allowed for Returns under A2.

    For Returns or Exchange under the conditions of part B1 above, eTupStore will reimburse the Customer the courier charges incurred, provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished. Customer must include the print out of the completed online Product Return/Exchange Form together with the Return courier package.

    3. Product Exchange is only allowed for the SAME item being returned. In case if said item is not available, eTupStore will proceed to process for Refund to Customer.

    4. Product(s) purchased as part of a bundle set or multi-item pack (NB: Buy 1 Free 1, Purchase-with-Purchase, Gifts with Purchase etc.), has to be returned or exchanged as a whole set. Individual Product within a bundle set or multi-item pack cannot be returned or exchanged.

    5. Returned items will be refunded at the original purchase price, less shipping fees. All Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within one (1) month from our Customer Service’s confirmation to Customer on Refunds approval. Also, depending on the appointed Bank’s refund policy in which the Customer’s receipt of the Refund will depend on the period of time the Customer’s Bank takes to finalise the Refund.

    eTupStore shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the Customer’s Bank processing the said Refund.
