Grated Potato Bun Burgers
Ingredients (4 people):
- 900 gm potatoes (±2 lb)
- 55 gm butter (melted) (±¼ cup)
- Salt and pepper
- 600 gm lean ground beef (±1.3 lb)
- 4 cheese slices
- For Serving
- Ketchup, lettuce, mustard, sliced tomato, arugula...

Cooking time: 45 min.
Standing time: 10 min.

Preparation:
Peel and grate potatoes, then place into the That’s A Bowl. Pour in melted butter, season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir to combine.
Place molding ring inside the Hamburger Press, then place 100ml (+-1/2 cup) of grated potato inside the ring and press. Repeat until you have 8 round “potato pancakes”.
Place the “potato pancakes” onto the Black Series Fry Pan on medium heat, adding a small amount of oil if needed. Cook burger for 3 – 5 min and flip it for another 3 – 5 min until golden. Remove them from pan and allow to rest on Gourmet Plate before serving.
Season ground beef with salt and pepper in the Season Serve, mix to combine. Then divide evenly into 4 portions and form into patties by using the Hamburger Press.
Cook burger patties onto the Black Series Fry Pan over medium heat for 2 – 3 min*. Flip patties and cook for 2 – 3 min, then add sliced cheese on top. Adjust cooking time as needed until reach desired doneness.
Remove the hamburger from pan and allow to rest on Gourmet Plate for 5 – 10 min before serving.
Slice the tomato/cucumber with Speedy Mando on the Square Round container.
Spread ketchup on the “potatoes pancakes”. Place lettuce, add burger patties, top with mustard and tomato/cucumber slice, then place remaining “potato pancake”.
Serve immediately with your flavor drink.
Additional Note:
*Check internal temperature to find out if your burger is done to your liking! And remember to remove burgers from pan a little before desired temperature, as the internal temperature will continue to rise after cooking.

- Well-done: 160°-165°F
