Each 15g sachet delivers 3.2g of dietary fiber drawn from six sources: psyllium, soluble corn fiber (Fibersol), oat bran, inulin, FOS, and apple pectin. This blend combines both soluble and insoluble fiber to support digestion and regularity.
Fiberphyl Plus can be taken at any time of day. Many people prefer it in the morning or before a meal. Mix one sachet with 200ml of room-temperature water or juice, stir well, and finish within 10 minutes so the fiber does not thicken in the glass.
Fiberphyl Plus is formulated as a daily fiber supplement, one sachet per day. Drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking any fiber product. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
Fiberphyl Plus builds on the original fiber blend by adding probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum), superfood powders including wheatgrass and alfalfa, and antioxidants such as green tea extract and vitamin C.
