Tom Yam Prawn
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized prawns,
with sharp ends trimmed - 1 stalk of lemongrass, thinly sliced
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 to 4 oyster mushrooms
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 2 tbsp. of Tom Yam paste
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 150ml of water
Cooking time: 10 min.

Preparation:

In a Tupperware Pocket
Cooker, combine Tom Yam
paste, sugar, and water.
Stir until well mixed. -
Add in lemongrass, prawns,
oyster mushrooms, tomatoes,
and kaffir lime leaves. Cover
with the lid. -
Cook in a 800-watt
microwave for 10 minutes.
Additional Note:
* Maximum power 800 watt microwave can be use for this product.
